By using the Clip N Growth website, Discord, and services, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Clip N Growth is a clipping agency that connects creators (streamers and brands) with clippers who turn long-form content into short-form clips.
Accounts
Clippers participate through our Discord community. Creators are set up with a managed account. You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Creator campaigns
Creators agree a budget and payout style with us. We build and run the campaign and deliver clips. Fees, scope, and timelines are agreed before a campaign starts.
Clipper Agreement
If you clip with us, you agree to the following:
- You're paid based on the verified views your clips earn, under each campaign's payout terms.
- No fake views, bots, or bought engagement.
- Follow each campaign's requirements and post only to the platforms it allows.
- No duplicate or re-uploaded clips, and no misleading or harmful content.
- Keep your posts public until you've been paid.
- You grant the creator and Clip N Growth the right to use clips you submit for that campaign.
- Staff decisions on eligibility, quality, and payouts are final.
Payments
Payouts are made through the method shown for each campaign, after clips clear review. Completed payouts are recorded in your history. Sent payouts generally cannot be reversed.
Acceptable use
Don't use our services for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or remove access for breaking these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results, view counts, or earnings. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
